4 ounces of white chocolate chips 2 ounces of heavy cream or milk (depends how creamy and rich you would like it) 1 tablespoon of raspberries(fresh or frozen) A little raspberry sauce or jam for decoration (You can also add a little Chambord liquor to the sauce) Stir well over medium low heat. White chocolate melts a little slower than dark and milk. Serve with graham crackers, marshmallows, pretzels and fruit for dipping with your sweetheart.

6 large spring roll wrappers 3 bananas 3 ounces of chipped white chocolate 3 ounces of chopped pecans 3 ounces of carmel sauce 3 ounces of chocolate sauce 2 pints of vanilla bean ice cream 6 mint sprig Slice bananas into 4-inch sections and then in half. Lay bananas out on spring roll wrappers and sprinkle with white chocolate chips and chopped pecans. Fold in the ends and wrap up banana in wrapper; seal end with water. Deep fry, or shallow pan fry, until golden, about 2 minutes.

Nicole Young brings the Taste of the Ozarks another recipe...this time, one that's designed to warm people up on a chilly weekend. White Hot Chocolate - 4 cups of milk of your choice (or you can substitute heavy cream or half and half, or do a mixture) - 1 tsp. vanilla extract - 8 oz. white chocolate, chopped into small pieces - Whipped cream or marshmallows for topping Stir together milk, vanilla and chopped white chocolate in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the white hot chocolate comes to a simmer.

1 box of carrot cake mix, made to package directions, or favorite carrot cake recipe (apprx. 12- inch round) 2 cups of cream cheese icing 12 ounces of white chocolate chips 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon In a large mixing bowl, mash together carrot cake and icing.  Roll cake and icing mix into 1-ounce balls; place on a parchment-lined sheet tray.  Place in the freezer for 15 minutes. Melt white chocolate and oil in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until chocolate is smooth ad completely melted.  Stir in cinnamon.

20 unwrapped Rolo pieces (caramel/chocolate pieces) 20 pecan halves 20 whole small pretzels melted white chocolate for garnish   Preheat oven to 200 degrees.  Place pretzels on a small sheet tray, and carefully place one Rolo on top of each.  Insert tray into preheated oven and leave until chocolate starts to get soft.  This should only take one to two minutes.  Remove from oven and immediately place pecans on top of Rolos and press down to spread Rolo out across the pretzel.

1 boxed of red velvet cake mix, made to package directions 14 ounces of white icing 1 16-ounce package of white chocolate chips 5 tablespoons of holiday sprinkles or sanding sugar Once cake has cooled, place cake and icing into a large mixing bowl.  Fold cake and icing together until they become a pliable consistency. Form cake mixture into 1-1/2 inch balls and place on a lined cookie sheet.  Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Pour chocolate chips into microwave-safe bowl.
