SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Talk about a drought buster. After last year's hot and dry weather sent water storage levels plummeting, the lakes are now full. There's a surplus of water at Fellows Lake. "It has been so long since it has been completely full like this.  It's just refreshing. Last summer was so dry and so hot people were so discouraged about the water level," said Pam Price, the marina operator at Fellows Lake. At its lowest point, the summer drought put levels near 60 percent.
