1-1/2 cups of milk 1 can of creamed corn 1 can of whole kernel corn 1 package of smoked sausage (diced) 1 roll of hot sausage (optional) 1 can of whole potatoes (drained and coarsely chopped) 1 cup of shredded smoked cheddar, or smoked gouda cheese (to taste) green onion, cut in slivers (optional) In a skillet, fry rolled sausage as ground sausage. In a large saucepan, add milk, creamed corn, cooked sausage, potatoes, and whole kernel corn. Heat through, stirring occasionally.

1 can of whole peeled potatoes, chopped 1 can of whole kernel corn 3 carrots, chopped 1 onion, diced 1 bulb of celery, diced 4 cups of milk 1/2 cup of corn starch 1 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce 1 teaspoon of Worchestershire sauce (to taste) salt and pepper 3 tablespoons of olive oil Saute onion, celery and carrots in olive oil until tender. Add potatoes and corn; cook until warm. Add milk and bring to a boil. Mix corn starch with 1/2 cup of water.

2 hearts of romaine lettuce, halved lengthwise 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 cup of Caeser dressing 1 tablespoon of wasabi paste 1 purple onion, sliced 1 cup of crumbled Gorgonzola cheese 1 cup of grape tomatoes 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese (to taste) salt and pepper Drizzle lettuce and onion with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place face down on hot grill. Cook until charred but not burned. Combine Caesar dressing and wasabi paste. Divide romaine among onto four plates.
