COLUMBIA, Mo. - It's official. Sunday, the University of Missouri became the newest member of the Southeastern Conference.  Mizzou joins fellow Big 12 Conference school Texas A&M as the thirteenth and fourteenth members of the league. Missouri has capitalized on the move announced last fall.  Mizzou reports a jump in season tickets for the upcoming football by selling SEC packages.  The school has also marketed its brand throughout the south with billboards, an area rarely focused on by the school in the past.  The university's board of curators last week announced a $102 million facilities renovation upgrade.  It includes adding an additional 6,000 seats to Memorial Stadium.
