Lola’s Spicy Glazed Walnuts 1 egg white 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 tablespoons ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground cloves 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 tablespoon vanilla extract ½ tsp. almond extract 1 pound walnut halves 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. 2. In a large bowl, beat egg white until foamy. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, vanilla and almond extract.

Bake on a sheet pan until cooked through. Meanwhile, heat gravy and mashed potatoes. Remove meatloaves from oven and spoon about 2 tablespoons of gravy on top. Fill remaining space in cupcake liners with mashed potatoes.

2 tubes of premade, precut croissant dough 2 cups of chocolate chips 1 jar of apricot preserves 1/2 cup of sugar Place some chocolate chips along the wide end of the croissant triangle. Roll up croissant, keeping chocolate on the inside. Brush with apricot preserves. Sprinkle with sugar and cook in a 400-degree oven until golden brown and crispy. This can be served with chocolate sauce or sweetened cream cheese. Recipe serves eight.
