SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Many people have a hankering for chili, but they shy away from the winter favorite because they're concerned about eating healthy. On Fit Friday, Registered Dietitian Noah Alldredge with Big Time Results cooks up chili with a healthy twist. Noah's Chili 3 pounds of 90-percent lean ground beef 28-ounce can of diced tomatoes 28-ounce can of Rotel 28-ounce can of chili beans Medium red onion, finely diced 2 2-pound packets of Williams chili seasoning 1/4 cup of brown sugar Splenda 1/4 cup of Mr. Yoshidas Brown beef and drain any remaining fat. Mix rest of ingredients in a slow cooker and add browned beef. Simmer for 2 to 4 hours.

We're firing up the grill this morning for a special school benefit. St. Joseph Catholic Academy is holding its 2nd annual BBQ and Beer Tasting tomorrow . KY3's Paul Adler joined Dave Warren with Whole Hog Café and Tom Muetzel of St. Joe's on Ozarks Today this morning. Dave, gave us some tips on how to trim the chicken thigh and then had five simple ingredients for seasoning. They included salt and pepper, chili powder, paprika and cayenne pepper.

2 lbs. Raw Chicken Tenderloins 1/2 tsp. Cumin 4 Eggs 2/3 c. Flour 2 tsp. Crushed Garlic 1 tsp. Chili Powder 1 tsp. Oregano 2 c. Crushed Buffalo Flavored Tortilla Chips Ranch Dressing Salt and Pepper Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Combine flour, chili powder, oregano, and cumin in a bowl. In a second bowl, beat eggs with a wisk and add garlic. Pour chips into a third bowl. Dredge tenders into flour mixture, then egg mixture and finally into the crushed chips.

Party Pizza Squares 2 pounds of pork sausage 1 pound of processed cheese 1 tablespoon of catsup 1 teaspoon of oregano ¼ teaspoon of garlic salt 10 ounces of pizza sauce 2 loaves of party rye bread grated Parmesan Brown sausage and drain. Stir in cheese and catsup, cooking until melted. Stir in oregano and garlic salt. Spread each slice of bread with pizza sauce. Top with sausage cheese mixture. Bake on a cookie sheet at 450 in a preheated oven for 10 minutes until bubbly.

Chili lime corn on the cob 1 stick butter 1 tablespoon of chili powder juice of 1/2 lime (to taste) salt and pepper 4 ears of corn, shucked In the microwave or on the stovetop, melt the butter until it's translucent. Then stir in the chili powder and the lime juice. Spread over the corn. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and grill until corn is tender.
