LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- The FBI is still trying to convict someone for putting a homemade bomb in a church in Osage two summers ago.  The federal agency on Monday said it is now offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the bomber. A volunteer who was cleaning Osage Baptist Church found the bomb on Wednesday, June 9, 2010, on a receptionist's desk.  The church was used as a polling place the previous day and the Carroll County sheriff believed it was put there early Tuesday morning.  The receptionist carried the device out to the parking lot, and the sheriff said she was lucky the bomb didn't explode as it was designed to do.  He said it could have hurt or killed anyone within 10 - 15 feet of it. The Bentonville Police Department Bomb Squad neutralized the bomb.  Investigators said it was made out of a 12-ounce soda can and contained gunpowder and metal pellets, more than what would be found in a typical shotgun shell.  They said it was designed to explode when it was moved, and was more sophisticated than an ordinary pipe bomb.
