4 apples 4 tablespoons of black walnuts 3 tablespoons of butter 3 tablespoons of brown sugar 1/3 cup of bread crumbs ½ teaspoon of cinnamon 1/3 cup of apple cider Scoop out the core of 4 apples using a melon baller, leaving the bottoms intact.  Mix 3 tablespoons each of black walnuts, brown sugar and butter with 1/3 cup bread crumbs and ½ teaspoon cinnamon; stuff into apples. Put in a baking dish with 2/3 cup of apple cider and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

2 quarts of apple cider (or apple juice) 1/2 cup of packed light brown sugar 4 cinnamon sticks 8 whole cloves 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper 1 orange, thinly sliced 1/2 cup of dried cranberries   In a medium sized stock pot, sauté the oranges, cranberries, cinnamon and spices for two minutes.  Add two cups of cider and add the brown sugar.  Simmer for another two minutes.  Add the remainder of the cider and let mixture simmer for 10 minutes.

2 loaves of frozen bread dough, cut into 1/4-inch slices 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar 1 1/2 sticks of butter 1 tablespoon of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of ginger Grease and flour a bundt pan. Layer the sliced dough like shingles evenly around the inside of the pan.  Melt butter and mix in brown sugar and seasonings; pour over bread dough. Bake in a 350 degree-oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Recipe serves 10

Ingredients 1 can black eyed peas 1/2 cup chopped bacon 1 onion diced 1 Tbsp chopped garlic 3 leaves of kale 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp tarragon Salt and pepper to taste Drizzle of olive oil Drizzle olive oil into medium sauted pan. Add onions and garlic. Sauted on medium heat until onions begin to soften. Add the bacon and cook until bacon begins to become crispy. Add kale cook for two minutes. Add brown sugar, tarragon, salt and pepper.

Party Pizza Squares 2 pounds of pork sausage 1 pound of processed cheese 1 tablespoon of catsup 1 teaspoon of oregano ¼ teaspoon of garlic salt 10 ounces of pizza sauce 2 loaves of party rye bread grated Parmesan Brown sausage and drain. Stir in cheese and catsup, cooking until melted. Stir in oregano and garlic salt. Spread each slice of bread with pizza sauce. Top with sausage cheese mixture. Bake on a cookie sheet at 450 in a preheated oven for 10 minutes until bubbly.

3 Granny Smith apples, peeled cored and thinly sliced 2/3 cup of brown sugar 1 tsp of cinnamon 1 tbsp of apple pie spice 8-12 croissant dough triangles 1/2 cup of sugar in the raw Toss apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and apple pie spice.  Place an equal portion of apple mixture in the center of each dough triangle. Starting at the end opposite the point of the triangle, roll croissant, trying to contain as much of the apple mixture as possible. Sprinkle each croissant with sugar in the raw. Bake on a grease cookie sheet at 400 degrees until golden brown.

In a large bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with some olive oil, dash of salt, cinnamon, and cayenne.

2 1/2 cups of quick rolled oats 1/2 cup of Rice Krispies 1/4 cup of coconut 1/2 M&M candies 1/2 cup of chopped peanuts 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1/4 cup of butter, softened 1/2 cup of peanut butter 1/4 cup of honey 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla 1 egg Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x9 nice square pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.  Press into prepared pan. Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes and score to the size you want.  Let set completely; cut bars all the way through.
