MORNING STAR, Ark., -- A teenager from Saint Joe is dead after a crash near Morning Star, Arkansas.     State police say the 16-year-old was riding in a truck on Highway 27 when the driver lost control on a hill, rolled over and hit several trees. The victim's name has not been released. The 17-year-old driver suffered minor injuries.

A man from West Plains is dead after a crash in Arkansas. State police say 26-year-old Christopher Lancaster died when he was thrown from his car near Paragould early Sunday morning, when his car flipped on Highway 125. His passenger suffered serious injuries.

Arkansas state leaders are warning residents of the damage the feral hogs can do in the Natural State - especially after severe weather. There are reports that the pigs are damaging the levee along the White River, along with ruining hundreds of acres of farmland and wild turkey habitat. Wildlife officials are setting traps for the hogs in Arkansas.  Meanwhile, the USDA is even encouraging residents in many states to shoot feral hogs on sight.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - A bill that would require Arkansas voters to show photo ID while at the ballot box is headed to Governor Mike Beebe's desk. The Arkansas Senate approved the measure Wednesday. Beebe has questioned the bill previously, but hasn't said whether he intends to veto it. Poll workers must ask for ID under the current law, but voters aren't required to show it to cast their ballot.

ROGERSVILLE, Mo., -- A missing teen from Webster County is found.  The Webster County Sheriff's Department says Aleana Layton, 13, was found safe in Arkansas and was taken to a safe location. Aleana left her home in Rogersville on Thursday night.  The sheriff says she made several attempts by telephone, text or e-mail to be picked up by strangers.  The sheriff said Aleana had contact with at least one sex offender during those attempts. The sheriff believes Layton left her home on her own free will.

A strange crime in Elm Springs, Arkansas, where a man is charged with destroying his own home after trying to blame it on someone else. Police say Brandon Fritter called police and said someone broke into his home, beat him up, then broke windows and furniture and knocked holes in the walls. But when police talked with Fritter's girlfriend, she said that they were the two fighting, and Fritter smashed all of his own stuff. He's now charged with domestic battery, criminal mischief and filing a false report.

An Arkansas man is behind bars after officers say he pulled a gun in a restaurant. Police say James Sloan was asked to leave a resort bar in Lakeview.  Sloan paid his bill and left, but allegedly came back with a gun and started a fight with an employee. A patron was able to take the gun from Sloan. Sloan's now charged with aggravated assault and carrying a weapon.

Two men are behind bars after police say they attacked and robbed a good samaritan in Washington County, Arkansas. Police say Richard Gray and Corey Cousins, along with a third man, acted like their car was broken down along Blacktop road, the trio then assaulted a man who pulled over to help. Both were arrested in Fayetteville a few hours after the incident.      The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries.
