Video shows boating accident that injured seven at Lake of the Ozarks

LAKE OF THE OZARKS, Mo. - Video of a boating accident that happened at Lake of the Ozarks is making the rounds across the Internet this morning.

In the video, captured by Lake TV, seven people were aboard a boat when it hit a large wake from a nearby boat of the Ozarks on Friday.

Everyone on the boat was knocked off their feet, being thrown back and forth on the boat. Five people suffered what were described as minor to moderate injuries.

Those five were taken to Lake Regional Hospital where they were treated.

The video has been broadcast worldwide, including the UK's Daily Mail and NineMSN in Australia.
