List of fireworks displays in the Ozarks

Some events are being canceled because of dry conditions.

Below is a list of scheduled Independence Day fireworks shows and displays in southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas.  Below that list is a list of additional celebrations around the rest of Missouri.  E-mail us if you have any additions or corrections.

SPRINGFIELD -Fireworks at the Field, July 4, 3 - 10:30 p.m.; From 3 to 8 pm, patrons will be able to ice skate and play on inflatables from Amberg Entertainment in the Mediacom Ice Park, create art and crafts at The Creamery Arts Center, and enjoy the hands-on activities of the Discovery Center. The Springfield Cardinals will host the Midland Rockhounds at 5:08 pm at Hammons Field and then “Members Only” will be the featured headliner band after the game.  The region’s largest fireworks show will begin at Hammons Field at 9:45 pm.

A "Fireworks at the Field" ticket will provide admission to all activities and include a general admission ticket to the baseball game.  Tickets are available for advance purchase  for only $7 per person (children 5 and under are FREE) at all Springfield Price Cutter Supermarkets (including the downtown Bistro Market) and Hammons Field.  The admission price the day of the event will be $8 per person.  Veterans and active military personnel with an ID can purchase tickets at the gate for $5.  Patrons who wish to upgrade their baseball game general admission ticket can receive a $3 discount on any other tickets at the Hammons Field box office based on availability.

City Utilities will offer free shuttles linking all the participating venues and the wide variety of paid and free parking options will be available in the Jordan Valley Park area.  To download a parking & shuttle map, click here.

BATTLEFIELD - July 4, 5 p.m.; Plan now to attend the 7th annual FREE Fireworks Celebration in the Park! On Wednesday, July 4th starting a 5pm, the City of Battlefield will have fun activities for all ages, and a great variety of food, vendors, and music. Of course the highlight of the evening is our fantastic fireworks display. Bring you lawn chairs or blankets and save your spot for what we've been told is "the best fireworks show in Greene County"! You may bring your own food or drink items (no glass), but NO ALCOHOL or personal fireworks are allowed, and all pets must be on a leash at all times. Free shuttle service is available from 5pm to 11pm from the parking lots of the First Baptist Church, Assembly of God Church, and Burk Erectors to the Cherokee Trail of Tears Park.

BOLIVAR - The Bolivar Rotary Club is hosting the 32nd annual Celebration of Freedom on the campus of Southwest Baptist University.  Community picnic starts at 6 and the program to honor our veterans will start at 8.  This will be followed by one of the area's largest fireworks displays at approximately 9:15.  Open to the public and no charge to attend.

BRANSON - July 4 - Everyone is invited to “Light Up” their Independence Day celebration on Tuesday evening, July 3, with a fantastic outdoor concert extravaganza at Branson Landing.  It  features “A Tribute to Journey” starring the ever talented and unforgettable band, Chain-Reaction at 8.  It promises to delight audiences of all ages as their famous melodies take listeners on a spectacular journey back to the ‘80s with performances of timeless Journey hits like “Separate Ways,” “Don’t Stop Believin,”  “Faithfully,” “Open Arms” and so many more.

After the concert, the night skies will “Light Up” with an extraordinary fireworks event produced by Gateway Fireworks Displays from St. Louis.  

BRANSON - July 7, Branson at the Bridge, events begin at 5 p.m. fireworks to follow

CABOOL - ALL activities on the square and the scheduled fireworks show are cancelled.

CARTHAGE - July 4, Municipal Park, dusk

EAGLE ROCK - July 4
