BOLIVAR, Mo. -- A man from Pleasant Hope is charged with kidnapping and raping a relative. The Polk County sheriff says investigators believe James McElwee pushed the teenage girl into an abandoned house and raped her last Jan. 22.
A judge set McElwee's bond at $100,000.
