Today will be another warm one as highs reach the mid 80s in Missouri and upper 80s in Arkansas. South winds will be gusty at times today and could gust to around 30 mph, especially in locations west of Highway 65. Lows tonight will cool into the mid 60s once again.
NEEDED RAIN COULD FALL
A cold front is going to slowly move eastward this weekend across Kansas. It will arrive in the Ozarks late tomorrow and move through by early Monday. Scattered thunderstorms are possible tomorrow ahead of the front with temperatures once again expected to make it into the 80s. Showers are storms will continue to be possible early on Monday, especially south of Interstate 44.
COUPLE OF COOLER DAYS...
Once the front clears the area to the southeast we will have some cooler conditions to enjoy for the start of next week. Temperatures are going to warm up quickly midweek with an upper level ridge firmly in place over the region. It will stay above average into next weekend.
