Flooding Possible

A round of thunderstorms moved through the Ozarks early this morning with some of those storms produces lots of lightning and even some small hail.  Most of the activity stay north of I-44 and now there is a flash flood watch in effect from 6 pm tonight to 10 am tomorrow morning.  This afternoon temperatures managed to make it into the mid and upper 70s for highs with light winds from the south.  Overnight, expect mostly cloudy skies and temperatures in the low 60s.

More Shower and Storms to Start the Week

A stalled front will still be draped across the Ozarks as we head into Monday and this will provide us with more chances for showers and storms throughout the afternoon.  Chances for showers and storms still exist on Tuesday but the chances greatly decrease and everyone will stay dry on Wednesday.

Warm Temperatures All Week

Despite the stormy week that is ahead, temperatures will stay unseasonably warm throughout the 7-day forecast.  Highs will be in the low to mid 80s and lows will stay in the low 60s.

Have a great evening,
