Not getting enough sleep could be putting your health at risk

Those with the fewer hours of sleep are 70% more likely to have congestive heart failure

Researchers say people who get less than six hours of sleep a night are twice as likely to have a stroke or heart attack than those who sleep between six and eight hours.  Those with the fewer hours of sleep are 70% more likely to have congestive heart failure.

That's concerning because almost one in three americans aren't getting enough sleep.  But experts say sleeping too much isn't healthy either.  People who sleep more than eight hours a night have a greater risk of developing coronary artery disease.
