Record Highs Again Today

A few additional record highs were broken today including Rolla and Harrison.  Rolla hit 83 braking the old record of 82 set in 1971.  Harrison also hit 83 this afternoon breaking the old record of 82 set back in 1938.  Temperatures will continue to flirt with records over the next few days.

Day to Day Chance for Storms

Very little has changed in the overall weather pattern and frankly things will stay the same for the next five days.  Expect a few afternoon pop up storms along with lows near 60 and highs in the upper 70s to low 80s.  Stronger storms could produce some small hail.  Today Wasola Missouri reported dime size hail in an afternoon storm.  A much stronger storm will affect the Ozarks early next week ramping up our chance for rain and cooling things off.
