OSAGE BEACH, Mo. -- The hospital in the Lake of the Ozarks area offers a free forum on achieving and maintaining a healthy weight. Lake Regional Health System presents "Weight Management by the Numbers" on Wednesday, March 28. The free forum runs from 10 to 11:30 a.m. The forum will be in the hospital's third floor conference rooms.
The forum presenters will be Dietitian Anita Marlay and Exercise Physiologist Jody Corpe. They will cover topics such as healthy diet and exercises programs, the pounds/calorie connection, healthy body fat measurements and ideas for springtime exercise.
