Former Dent County deputy scheduled for court this week

DENT COUNTY --  A former Dent County deputy charged with killing his ex-girlfriend and her boyfriend will be arraigned this week.

Marvin Rice waived his right to a preliminary hearing; his arraignment is scheduled for Wednesday.

Police say he killed Annette Durham and Steven Strotkamp during an argument at a home in Salem in December.
