CAMDENTON, Mo. -- About 65 people learned Monday morning that they will lose their jobs at a manufacturing plant in this Lake of the Ozarks community. Shoremaster, the parent company of Galva-Foam, says it will take operations in Camdenton and move them to other facilities in Florida and Minnesota.
A company spokesperson says the Galva-Foam employees will receive 60-day severance packages. He adds selected employees will be offered other positions with the company.
Galva-Foam makes boat dock equipment.
