12-hour forecast
COLD FRONT THIS MORNING
A cold front is moving through the area this morning and has brought some clouds into the region. Winds will turn to the northwest behind the front and will be breezy at times today. Sunshine is expected this afternoon and temperatures will be warmer today than yesterday despite the cold front.
WARMING TREND CONTINUES...
Highs will reach the low to mid 40s today but winds will remain be gusty out of the northwest. A quick and impressive warm up is expected tomorrow and Monday as an upper level ridge builds over the area and southwest winds return in the lower atmosphere. Tomorrow's temperatures will reach the mid 50s under mostly sunny skies and Monday will top out near 60 degrees.
LIGHT SNOW POSSIBLE
A few light rain showers are possible Monday ahead of our next front. Temperatures will drop quickly for Tuesday and a few snowflakes could mix in with some light rain showers early in the day. Highs will only be in the 30s at that point.
Once again the cold snap will not last long. Temperatures will warm into the 50s by the end of the week.
