Teen says he met alleged sexual predator in bathroom of Walmart in Branson West

Kyle Larue is accused of sexually assaulting a teenage boy he met online

BRANSON WEST, Mo. -- A 53-year-old man from Hollister faces a sodomy charge, accused of  sexually assaulting a teenage boy in the restroom of the Branson West Walmart on Sunday.

Kyle Larue of Hollister is charged with the act involving a 15-year-old boy. The boy told police he had had been chatting online with someone who identified himself as a teenager named "Jeremy" from Arkansas. Court documents say they met through a social networking site and the phone number given from "Jeremy" was the same phone number registered to Larue.

The 15 year old told police he met Larue in the restroom of the Walmart in Branson West on Sunday. The teenager says he performed oral sex on Larue. The teen says they left the bathroom, and went to Larue's pickup truck in the parking lot. According to court documents, after Larue started the vehicle, the boy says he got out of the truck, described as a 1998 Ford F-150 flare side, white in color with a black tribal fame design along the side.

Video surveillance from multiple stores helped police track down Larue at a home in Hollister. He was arrested and charged. Larue is now  free on a bond of $15,000.
