Generation Y values flexibility over money in the workplace

The 9-to-5 grind may soon be a thing of the past.  Leading the charge is Generation Y -- those born between 1982 and 1993.
According to a recent study "Gen Y" workers value workplace flexibility over more money.  The study shows this motivates them to be more productive.
