COLUMBIA, Mo. - It took the entire season, but the Missouri Tigers have finally earned its spot in the new Bowl Championship Series poll.

The Tigers (7-5, 5-4) enter the rankings at No. 25 after its victory Saturday in the "Border Showdown" over Kansas 24-10.  Mizzou has won three straight games, defeating Texas, Texas Tech and Kansas.

Missouri is unranked in both the Harris poll and the Coaches' poll.  However, the strength of the Big 12 Conference lifted its computer standings.  Mizzou finished its season Saturday.  It must wait for its bowl assignment, likely in the next week.
