DOUGLAS COUNTY, Mo. — A teen from Ava is dead after a crash in Douglas County.
Troopers say 13-year-old Dane Solomon was riding in a truck early Sunday morning when the 67-year-old driver lost control on Highway 14, rolled over and hit several trees.
Dane was killed on impact. The driver suffered serious injuries.
