Springfield teenager's murder trial delayed

James Duke has been ordered to undergo a mental evaluation

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- A Springfield teenager will now stand trial in January for the murder of a high school student.  James Duke, 19, has been ordered to undergo a mental evaluation.

He's charged with first-degree murder in the death of Kody Ray, 17, a student at Springfield's Hillcrest High School.  Ray was shot last March as he stood on the front porch of his home.  Another teen is also charged in Ray's murder.
