BAXTER COUNTY, Ark. — Two men are in custody and another's on the loose, after a stolen car and truck kept Arkansas police busy Saturday.
Johnny Lee of Mountain Home and Thomas Blackmon of Gassville are both charged with possession of stolen property and felony fleeing.
Lee was arrested first after bailing out of a stolen truck belonging to the city of Briarcliff. A dog tracking team found him.
Later that day, police followed a tip hoping to find the passenger of that stolen truck. Authorities found him, with another suspect, in a different stolen car.
A pursuit ensued with the Baxter County sheriff's helicopter, finding Blackmon hiding in the woods.
The sheriff's still looking for 22-year-old Travis Shane Adams. You're asked to call police if you know his whereabouts. The sheriff's office asks anyone with information to call 870-425-7000.
