COLUMBIA, Mo. - The preseason expectations still exist for the Missouri Tigers.

Mizzou ranks no. 21 in the Associated Press' preseason top 25 college football poll. The Tigers finished 2010 with a 10-3 record and a no, 18 ranking.

Missouri has plenty of company from the Big 12 Conference.  The conference has four schools ranked.  Oklahoma is the preseason favorite receiving 36 first place votes.  Texas A&M is ranked eighth.  Oklahoma State is ranked ninth.  Missouri will play all nine Big 12 schools in 2011.

Mizzou opens the season at Faurot Field September 3 against the University of Miami (OH).
