A More Active Weather Pattern

Cooler temperatures and chances for showers are in the forecast through Saturday this week.  It's all thanks to the influence of northwest flow across the area.  Most of the thundershowers today stayed on the southwest portion of the viewing area--the chances of rain in the overnight hours are for that same area.  The rest of us are going to see mostly cloudy skies overnight.  Those PM thundershowers may continue into the early morning hours but I think we'll clear out and see partly cloudy skies for your Thursday.  Temperatures will also be able to warm up a bit tomorrow.  Expect highs to be in the mid 80s.  Looks like a great day for the start of the Missouri State Fair!
