August 06, 2011|by Ky3 News

GREENE COUNTY, Mo., --  A high speed chase north of Springfield early Saturday morning ended with a Greene County patrol car getting hit.

Deputies say as they were attempting to pull over a vehicle for stolen license plates on West Bypass, the driver sped off--leading them to Farm Road 156.

At one point, the driver jumped out of his car; the vehicle rolled backwards into a deputy's patrol car.

No one was injured and only minor damage was done to the cop car.

Authorities are still looking for the suspect.
