COLORADO SPRINGS, Col. -- Missouri Tigers guard Marocus Denmon has a trip to China in his future.

The senior from Kansas City survived two series of cuts to earn a spot on the USA's World University Games.  The team will train through Sunday.  It will then begin competition in China on Aug. 13.

Denmon led the Tigers in scoring last season, earning first-team all-Big 12 Conference honors.

Purdue Head Coach Matt Painter, Butler Head Coach Brad Stevens and Tennessee Head Coach Cuonzo Martin will coach the squad of college all-stars.
