SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Two people could face charges after Springfield police officers say they left 10 children in a car while they were inside a bar.  Police say a man and woman were arrested on Thursday afternoon at the Alibi Lounge on North Glenstone Avenue.

The kids range in age from 1 to 11 years old.  Officers say the kids may have been in the car for about two hours.  A third woman, who was perhaps a mother to some of the children, left the bar before police got there.  The children were not hurt and are now in protective custody.
