CAMDENTON, Mo. — A jury trial date has been set for a suspended member of the Osage Beach Police Department.
December 5, 2011, Lt. Richard Calvino will stand trial on charges of felony sexual abuse and sodomy. The claims came to light this past January from a woman who babysat for Calvino in the 1980s.
The woman says the alleged incidents first happened when she was 11. Calvino denies the woman's allegations.
