JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — Missouri Governor Jay Nixon has a tough piece of legislation he's mulling over.
While running for office, Nixon denounced the proposed photo identification requirement for Missouri voters.
Meanwhile he has been pushing for an early voting period before elections.
Now, Missouri Republican leaders have put both measures into the same piece of legislation. Since both measures are tied together, he cannot veto one and pass the other. Gov. Nixon hasn't said what he'll do.
