SPRINGFIELD, Mo., -- This month will mark 85 years since the birth of the Mother Road, which has since become a grandmother in the hearts of people around the world.
Ky3 photojournalist Tim Leimkuhler has been cruising the historic road for months gathering information to share this week in a one special that airs Friday at 7p.m. on Ky3.
Leimkuhler talked with Ozarks Today the Weekend Edition about some of what he has learned on his Route 66 adventure.
