The Mizzou head coach watched the Class 1 Missouri State High School Athletics Association's championship game in Columbia, featuring one of the country's best seniors.
Scott County Central (29-2) won its third-straight title, defeating Dadeville (30-2) 69-54 at the Mizzou Arena. Scott County Central features Missouri recruit Otto Porter. The 6'9" forward scored 27 points and grabbed nine rebounds for the Braves.
Porter is one of the last seniors ranked in Top 100 recruiting lists yet to sign a letter of intent. ESPN ranks the power forward as the 42nd overall prospect in the Class of 2011. Rivals.com ranks him as the 97th best overall.
