Cool Night
High pressure sliding along the gulf coast has cleared out the sky and caused the winds to lighten up. Temperatures will cool quickly once the sun sets this evening. Scattered frost may form as the lows drop to around freezing.
Fantastic Friday
Strong south winds and plentiful sunshine will combine to boost afternoon readings to the mid 60s. A word of caution, the fire danger will climb some during the day so be careful with any open burning.
Slightly Cooler Weekend
A cold front will move across the Ozarks late Friday night. Cooler air will spill into the region behind the front and drop highs back a few degrees both Saturday and Sunday. The cloud cover will thicken a bit Sunday and there is a slight chance for showers in north Arkansas towards evening. The chance for rain will linger into Monday.
