FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - The Arkansas Razorbacks post-Ryan Mallett era will begin on ESPN.

The network will televise the Hogs Spring football scrimmage Saturday April 16th beginning at 2:00PM. Spring practice begins March 15th.

“We are excited the University of Arkansas and Razorback Football will be featured on ESPN this Spring with the broadcast of the Red-White football game,” Arkansas athletics director Jeff Long said. “With the success of our football program under Coach Bobby Petrino, we wanted to keep our momentum building."

The Hogs return several starters, but must replace quarterback Ryan Mallett.  Mallett left early to persue an NFL career.  The Razorbacks finished the 2010 season 10-3, losing to the Ohio State Buckeyes in the Sugar Bowl.
