Crime Stoppers unsolved crime of the week: home invasion in Springfield, June 2010

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Crime Stoppers and Springfield Police Department ask for help identifying the person or person who invaded a home and assaulted a resident on June 2, 2010 in the 2400 block of Boonville Avenue.

A woman and three juveniles were asleep in the house when a noise was heard from the garage.  The adult began searching the house and was near the interior garage door when it was kicked open.  The victim was hit on the side of the head with an unknown object, causing her to be dazed and fall down.  Upon recovering, the victim saw no trace of the invader.

The victim was unable to provide any description of her attacker.  As of March 1, investigators had exhausted all leads.
