As I warned you about yesterday, Mountain Cedar was High today thanks to that Southern wind that gusted close to 45 miles-per-hour today. Conditions will improve tomorrow as the wind becomes strong from the Northwest.

COLD FRONT ON THE WAY

The next wave of cold air will move into the Ozarks by dawn Monday. With it comes enough lift to condense clouds and make a few rain showers here and there. You'll be able to track the latest model output on your left under "RadarCAST". That's the forecast for 3 hours from now.

There's enough instability, too, that some might hear some thunder. It's not quite Springtime, but things sure seem to be headed that way quickly.

FALLING TEMPS THROUGH THE DAY

Cold winds will turn in from the Northwest, ensuring that most of the Ozarks sees a big change from the weekend warmth.

We'll start in the low 50s... but could end up in the low 40s by day's end. And don't forget about the wind chill.

TUESDAY GETS THE SNIDELY STAMP

Tuesday may not be the warmest, but it appears to be the brightest and calmest day of the work week.

Wednesday and Thursday will be affected by the next storm wave, which could bring rain and thunder back to the Ozarks again. Expect highs in the low 60s by Thursday.
