Snow doesn't damper opening weekend of tourist season in Eureka Springs

Eureka's popular Chocolate Lovers Festival for charity is still on; it starts at 9 a.m. Saturday. Organizers expect at least a couple of thousand chocoholics, regardless of leftover snow.
