GAINESVILLE, Mo. — Ozark County officials say fugitive, Marty Overby has been found and arrested in Texas County.
Overby along with his ex-wife, Candace Richardson were charged with murdering a man found in the rubble of a burned out mobile home in Ozark County in September.
Police say Overby and Richardson stole money and drugs from the victim, then caused the explosion and fire that killed Charles Peterson in the Spring Creek area.
Overby and Richardson have been charged with First Degree Murder and Arson.
