Once again high pressure has provided the Ozarks with an excellent fall day! This evening is going to be very nice for high school football. Temperatures will drop through thee 60s to the upper 50s by the time most games end.
The weekend looks very nice as south winds usher in warm air and sends our highs to the upper 70s. Temperatures on Sunday are going to be a bit tricky. A cold front will become stationary across southern Missouri. Highs near 80 are forecasted for north Arkansas. Mid to upper 70s are expected along and south of highway 60 with near 70 around Lake of the Ozarks.
Monday a new storm will take shape out west and slowly increase the cloud cover. Rain is possible Tuesday as the system works its way east. Cooler weather is expected for the middle of next week. Warmer weather returns by the end of next week just in time for the next round of storms.
