Red light runner causes rush hour accident in Springfield MO

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- A driver who ran a red light caused a crash on Campbell Avenue at Cherokee Street on Thursday morning. City police say, when the driver of an SUV didn't stop at the signal, a car turning onto Campbell was hit, forcing the SUV into a curb and onto its side. A van clipped one of the vehicles.

Five people inside the three vehicles refused medical treatment at the scene.
