Cucumber dip and pita chips 7/10/08

Cucumber dip

1 cup of sour cream

1/4 cup of chopped cucumbers

1 tablespoon of dill (fresh)

1 tablespoon of garlic

(to taste) salt and pepper

Combine all ingedients in a bowl.

Pita Chips

8 Pitas

(to taste) garlic salt

Cut pitas into eight wedges. Bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
