Quick and easy chicken cordon bleu

1 pound of grilled chicken breast, sliced

1/2 pound of ham, thinly sliced

1/2 pound of Swiss cheese

1 package of egg roll wrappers

Wrap 2 ounces of cooked chicken and 1 ounce of Swiss cheese with 1 ounce of ham. 
Place the ham, chicken and Swiss cheese in the center of the egg roll wrapper
and fold the four corners to the center, sealing with water dabbed onto the
edges of the wrapper, or fold like a burrito, also sealing all edges with water.

Deep fry or pan fry, making sure all sides are cooked to a golden brown.

Serves four.
