20 unwrapped Rolo pieces (caramel/chocolate pieces)
20 pecan halves
20 whole small pretzels
melted white chocolate for garnish
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place pretzels on a small sheet tray, and
carefully place one Rolo on top of each. Insert tray into preheated oven
and leave until chocolate starts to get soft. This should only take one
to two minutes. Remove from oven and immediately place pecans on top of
Rolos and press down to spread Rolo out across the pretzel. Let cool for
10 minutes and drizzle with white chocolate.
