Spicy sweet potatoes with brown sugar

8-ounce sweet potatoes
1/4 cup
butter, room temperature
1/2 cup
brown sugar
1 tablespoon
orange juice
2 teaspoons
orange peel
3/4 teaspoon
cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon
allspice
3/4 teaspoon
nutmeg
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place sweet potatoes on cooking pan, stick with a fork and bake in the oven for about 55 minutes, or until tender. Cool slightly.
Cut potatoes in half and scoop out the pulp and place into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add the butter, brown sugar, orange juice, orange peel, and spices to the pulp. Use an electric mixer to mix the ingredients until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
