pepper garlic and honey compound butter

Ingredients1 poundsalted butter3 tablespoonsroasted red pepper1 headroasted garlic1 1/2 tablespoonshoney
Directions
Let butter set at room temperature until very soft. Place
butter and other ingredients into medium sized mixing bowl and mix until
all ingredients are completely incorporated. Place butter mixture
in center of large piece of parchment paper and roll paper tightly and
place in refrigerator for several hours. Serve over vegetables,
grilled chicken breasts, use as dipping sauce, etc.
