Creamy garlic chicken

Ingredients1 cancream of chicken soup1 cupmilk1/2 teaspoongarlic, minced1/4 cupmozzarella cheese, grated1/8 cupparmesan cheese1 teaspoongarlic pepper6skinless chicken breasts





Directions   In a medium bowl, blend well the cream of chicken soup, milk, minced garlic, both cheeses and garlic pepper.  Set aside.  Slightly pound the chicken breast for better even cooking.  Set aside.  Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.  Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and line in baking dish.   Cover with the sauce and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.  Remove chicken and strain sauce.  Place chicken over Basmati rice and pour the sauce over.  Serve immediately.
