Ingredients12 ouncesnoodles3 clovesgarlic3fresh tomatoes10 leavesfresh basilpinchsaltpinchpepperpinchoreganoas neededparmesan cheese4shrimpas neededolive oil1Portobello mushroom
Directions
Boil water with a
touch of salt.
Add pasta for
approximately 20
minutes.
In a sauté pan,
brown garlic with
olive oil. Add
shrimps and
mushroom, cut in
cubes. Cook
for 30
seconds. Add
tomatoes, basil,
salt, pepper and
oregano. Cook approximately
3 minutes.
Drain pasta and
mix with
sauce. Plate
and top with
parmesan cheese.
